CURLY HAIRS AND WET CURLS

We often see our hair as a reflection of our identity because it is both personal and public. Many women feel that a bad hair equals a bad day. When a woman's hair is too fine, too frizzy, too dry, turning grey or falling out, her self-esteem is seriously affected.
Curly hair is shaped like an elongated oval and grows at a sharp angle. Curly hair tends to be much drier than straight hair because it is easier for the oils secreted from the scalp to travel down the shaft of a straight hair than a curly one (this is why curly hair often turns into frizzy hair). And as anyone with curly hair knows, humidity can make your hair even curlier (or frizzier). The reason is that, hair fiber absorbs the water and forces the shaft to revert to its original (less straight) structure.

Glossy hair with a wet look are favoured by those with dry or damaged hair who want to keep their strands from drying out further throughout the day. When dry hair is left to dry naturally, it's often partnered with a layer of frizz and visible split ends.

Wet curls are an alternative to curling irons and hot rollers,as they lock in moisture and shape without damaging the hair. When styled with care, you can lock in the wet look all day and treat your hair to some nourishment.

Most women get really worried when water touches their hair and some also feel it makes them more attractive. Amazingly, some men also find women with curly and wet hair more attractive. Thanks to the invention of certain gels and products, women who feel more attractive in curly hairs and wet curls can now slay in them without fear of damaging their hair.
